We have a standard service/diagnostic fee which covers our trip out as well as all of the time associated with diagnosing your problem. (our service fee will be quoted to you upfront, upon confirmation of your appointment request.)

After our technician comes out and completes the diagnostic he will then be able to provide you with an upfront total price with options, for any repairs or service you may need. Our technicians do collect payment upon completion of the job and to your satisfaction.
